I met Geverson through BNI. I first asked Geverson if he could come and check our leaky tap and change the mixer. Geverson came straight away on the day to fix it. Geverson was so quick and efficient which really impressed my whole family. Geverson also came and serviced our boiler where he found we had some issues. Br Heating and Plumbing have fixed our problems twice. Both times BR employees arrived early(!), removed their shoes without even being asked and were polite and attentive. After fixing our problems in good time, they took us through the fix, explaining patiently what they'd done and why. This was very reassuring. On a personal note, I once had a problem with my boiler and called Gev early in the morning. Although he was evidently still with his children, Gev remotely took me through the entire process of how to fix my boiler - free of charge. As a result, my children were able to show before school in hot water that day! In short, Gev's a wonderful man running a wonderful business. Dear Geverson, I write to say a big Thank You for sending someone so quickly to investigate the problem we were having with our shower. For some reason, we were not able to control the temperature of the water in the shower and hence could not use it. As customer service is so important in my own practice, we understand and appreciate excellent service when we experience it. My landlady had used 2 different plumbers in the past to fix the issue. However, both times after a temporary relief the issue re-surfaced. This time I decided to take matters in my own hands and called you desperately seeking help to understand the root cause. I got a text message confirming all the details of when the plumber would be visiting, The plumber you sent, arrived bang on time, introduced himself and was very professional. He spent time investigating all the pipes and the boiler. He was then able to figure out the root cause of the problem and I was later sent by your company, a detailed report of the issue and the proposed solution. Having shared the information with my landlady, she now knows exactly what will permanently fix the issue. I will not hesitate to use your services again, an am very ahppy to recommend you and your company to all our friends. Once again many thanks.

The winter of 2017/2018 was brutal in the UK. "The Beast from The East" brought freezing temperatures, and icy conditions took their toll on my outside toilet....With BR Heating and Plumbing, the process from first contact to job completion was remarkably swift ...Not only were Gev and his team of engineers swift, but they were also adaptable. He removed his shoes before entering the front door, he protected our floor by laying down a mat, and he cleared up after himself when the job was done.... He gave us advice on how to properly protect and insulate our outdoor pipe against future winter weather, eliminating the need to spend additional money on correcting the same problem again. It's not often you come across a team this professional, this considerate, and this dedicated to the task.
